Refund & Returns Policy

At Coquetier, we take great care in crafting our full-grain leather tote bags. Because each bag is made from natural leather and made to order in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

What We Accept We will only accept returns in the following situations:

  • The item is defective (e.g., stitching issues, zipper malfunction)
  • The item is damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item or the item is not as described

How to Request a Return If you believe your bag qualifies for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request promptly. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Conditions for Returns

  • The bag must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and dust bag intact.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or show signs of use will not be accepted for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival (in which case we will cover reasonable return shipping).

Refund Process If your return is approved due to defect, damage, or error on our part:

  • We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items Any items marked as “Final Sale” or promotional items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Our Promise We stand behind the quality of our leather bags. If you receive a genuinely defective or damaged item, we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly and quickly.
