Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays in Hong Kong).
Shipping Destinations We ship to most countries and regions around the world. If there is any restriction for your location, we will notify you before processing your order.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing or carrier schedules.
- Hong Kong: Usually delivered within 5-8 business days.
- International: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Express shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
Important Notes for International Orders

- We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or local postal services.
