2. Our Products We strive to show our leather bags as accurately as possible. Because leather is a natural material, slight variations in color, grain, or texture may occur — this is part of its unique beauty and character. All items are subject to availability.
3. Placing an Order Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we email you to confirm that your order has been accepted and the item is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud). If we cancel, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
4. Pricing and Payment Prices are inclusive of any applicable Hong Kong taxes where required. Shipping fees, import duties, taxes, and customs charges for international orders are your responsibility and are not included in the product price. 5. Shipping and Delivery We ship worldwide with care.
- Dispatch is usually within 5 business days of order confirmation.

Once the package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees in your country.
6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges We want you to love your Coquetier bag. Here’s how we handle returns:
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your bag arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and details. We will happily arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
- Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind are not accepted as standard policy. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for unused items in perfect original condition. Please contact us — we will do our best to find a fair solution.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coquetier is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit or data). Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the price you paid for the product.
